Screen Printing
Screen printing is the tried and true go to for most custom apparel orders. The process is the “old school” way of creating the screen, mounting that screen and then applying the ink directly to the item. Then it gets run through a dryer and the piece is ready. We can do a print as simple as a single color in 1 location all the way up to multiple colors in multiple locations.
Embroidery
Embroidery is once again a standard classic. It is the process of stitching a logo or text into the item you are having done. This is the preferred method for polos, hats, and jackets, but can be done on most items.
Sublimation, DTG, DTF
Sublimation, DTG (Direct To Garment) and DTF (Direct To Film) are some of the newest digital ways to print apparel. Sublimation can be fully custom and have jerseys/shirts/other apparel created with your custom designed right in the fabric. DTG is having the ink digitally printed directly onto a shirt which can allow for multiple colors and detail, (see JJ’s Cycle sample in the photo).
DTF is similar to DTG but instead of being printed directly to the shirt, the ink is digitally printed onto a film and then is heated into the shirt (see Poppy’s photo).
